We must make sure that all parents have signed the permission form for the kids to participate. If you are planning on bringing any kids who are not yours, please pick up the necessary number of forms and have the parents sign them. The very best option is to have the parents come to the dojo themselves, sign the form and see what we’re doing. Please note that we won’t let any kids participate if we don’t have a signed form for them.
