The emphasis on being a peaceful warrior and associating with others who promote the same philosophy will help many move beyond the idea that Martial Arts is a skill that can only be used for attack. It reminds us that the conscious can be a much more powerful tool than physical aggression. Remembering that training includes a mental component for guiding our choices in life can help prevent negative or unwanted consequences in the future. Thank you for this post and reminding us that our mind is our most powerful defense mechanism!
